"The first thing you should know about me is that I LOVE health and safety… I really do! I believe safety should be a basic human right, something we all deserve. But sometimes, the way health and safety practices are perceived doesn't quite match that idea. I want to make a positive change in that regard."

I totally get it – health and safety can be a bit overwhelming and confusing, but guess what? It doesn't have to be! My true passion lies in simplifying and refining health and safety practices, showing how they can truly empower your employees and help your business grow. I'm excited to be on this journey with you!

My background is in insurance and it’s there that I developed a real passion for understanding risk. In 2010, I completed my MBA and became a Health and Safety Specialist. Building on my experience in loss adjustment and risk assessment with CHCH EQ, I took the leap and founded StarSafety in 2016, focusing on the Trade Industry.
